The Recorder of Deeds has digitized records going back to 1799. The online search covers this full range — one of the oldest digital deed archives in Pennsylvania.

The UJS Portal (ujsportal.pacourts.us) is the statewide system for Pennsylvania court cases — search criminal, civil, and appellate cases. Delaware County's Court of Common Pleas cases are all searchable there.

The Register of Wills — not a County Clerk. This is standard across Pennsylvania. The office is at the Government Center in Media.

The Assessment Office maintains the property database at delcorealestate.co.delaware.pa.us. Search by address, owner, or parcel number. For tax payment, go to the Treasurer's Office separately.
